Launch bulletin

Apext is the Anti-HRIS.

We kept the HRIS spine — records, permissions, compliance — and rebuilt the surface for people growth. It’s a people development platform for executives tired of sleepy software.

All changes go live on November 28, 2025.

Expect a brief sign-out while domains flip. Log back in once — the new experience picks up immediately.

The promise: people development at operating speed.

HR tech has been optimized for annual paperwork. We calibrated Apext for four things leaders actually measure.

1.5-week rollout

Operators see value in days, not quarters. No consultants, no binder of change management rituals.

Leadership accountability

Goals cascade downward. Execs get the first reminders; teams mirror their pace. Accountability runs top-first, not bottom-up.

Evidence over folklore

The timeline keeps context on every person. Reviews, feedback, compensation notes — it’s all in one narrative, not scattered in decks.

Always-on rituals

Weekly nudges and checkpoints keep momentum. Annual performance theatre gets replaced by continuous progression.

What’s inside the Anti-HRIS release

People data, context, and action stitched together. Clean typography. No SaaS confetti.

Flagship

Timeline

Every 1:1, review, and coaching moment stitched into one living record. Leadership decisions now have receipts.

New

Goals

Flipped accountability. Execs commit first, managers follow, teams stay aligned without performance theatre.

Next actions (takes five minutes)

Need extra runway on the API cutover? Email us and we’ll sort a plan.

Pricing & legal guardrails

We flattened tiers earlier this year. The Anti-HRIS release keeps that structure intact.

Security posture

SOC 2 remains in force. Data stays encrypted in transit and at rest. Least privilege by default. Nothing loosens because the story got better.

FAQ

Do teams need to re-authenticate?

Once. We sign everyone out during the domain flip and prompt a fresh login so tokens bind to Apext. It’s a 30-second loop.

What happens to integrations?

OAuth and service accounts are ready today. Legacy REST endpoints stay live through Q1 while you migrate. Let us know if you need more runway.

Any contract or billing updates?

Only the name on the paper. Pricing, terms, and payment schedule stay exactly as signed.
